Welcome to product shoots! Not all of these will be paid works. In fact a lot of them I have done mainly just for portfolio filling off of my own back! Product photography is such an important and massive part of marketing in these social media lead times that UGC (User Generated Content) is playing a really large and important part of how companies decide to promote their newest and most popular products.

Nordik by Design make vegan leather desk mats with cork bases at an amazing quality paired with a low price! I wasn’t paid by them to do this video, I had bought their desk mat as I needed a new one for my desk and decided to make a video on it. I wanted to challenge myself to make something that is somewhat overlooked for most desks, seem interesting and make people want to buy one!
I love telling a story with my work, even if its just as simple as someone unboxing a desk mat to use in a set up, I think it really adds to the authenticity of the customer journey!
ARTECK
I Just needed a cheap and working wireless keyboard for my MacBook at work. I found this by a company called ARTECK on Amazon and thought, why not! It came, I made a video on it and here we are! I actually really like how this video came out, especially as I’d never done a keyboard unboxing before so this was a nice change of pace!
The Keyboard itself actually works really well considering its low price and ive had no troubles with it at all. They typing on it is nice and the keys feel comfortable. The only thing that is slightly laggy about it is the trackpad, but when you consider its going through wireless 2.0 to work, it hold up really nicely.
