BBQing really is an art form and Marcus manages to get it right every time. He is an incredibly talented chef who knows how to use the flame to work for him. I always look forward to going to the UKBBQ site to film and shoot with him because it always uplifts my spirits and I learn something new about cooking that I didn’t know before (especially the fact that you can cook literally anything on a BBQ!).
Making Food Look Good.
It may not seem like it but Marcus actually started this properly during lockdown. Like many of us, his main work (as a geologist) got taken away from him when COVID19 hit the UK back in 2020. He decided to turn his passionate hobby into a full-time gig! He is now a known chef, magazine founder, cook book author and an amazing teacher all for his BBQ school based in Devon!
